We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Cool Blue Maui purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date for an exchnage or refund. All items should be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn with packaging and invoice. Kindly contact us at info@coolbluemaui.com to inform us of your return / exchange. Please kindly ship the item(s) prepaid (by you), insured, and securely packaged to:

Please email us at info@coolbluemaui.com to notify us that a return is on its way. Please retain your shipping documentation so that we can complete your request in the event that goods are lost in transit.

Once we have received your returned item(s) at Cool Blue Maui we will inspect your order to ensure that it is clean, unwashed, unworn and unused condition with hang and size tags still attached. Please allow 1- 4 business days for your return / exchange to be processed once we have received your item. You will then receive an email from us.

*Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

*If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note, if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and tags attached. Customer must contact returns within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
